We do not operate as a cash bar. If you’d like to offer a cash bar, all the proceeds will go to you, (not including tips) and may not be used towards our service fee.
​Yes, we will bring a tip jar. Our employee’s level of service does not rely on tips and it is ultimately the guest’s obligation to leave a tip. If you choose to not have a tip jar on the bar, you have the option to “buy out the jar.”
