Bartenders For Weddings

One Less Stress To Worry About. We Got The Drinks Covered!

One-Of-A-Kind Cocktails For Your Wedding

Showcase you and your fiancé’s favorite cocktails by choosing 2-3 specialty drinks. Benefits of having specialty drinks are

  • You don’t have to buy every single alcohol choice there is. You’ll purchase spirits based on your drink list.
  • You can choose cocktails that are interchangeable in spirit, allowing one drink to be served multiple ways. Your guests can custom order their drink by choosing their preferred alcohol. For example, an Old Fashioned can be made with bourbon, rye, cognac, aged rum, or reposado tequila. Or a Piña Colada can be made with white rum, aged rum, vodka, tequila, mezcal, or green chartreuse.
  • Pick fun drink names that are special to you or have a special meaning to your relationship.
  • Your specialty drinks can be served alongside standard cocktails, so we can always make a vodka soda or whiskey coke.

Why Should You Hire A Bartender For Your Wedding?

  • Peace of mind that your drinks will be delicious and your guest’s properly tended to.
  • Experienced bartenders know when to provide a water instead of a cocktail when a guest has had enough to drink.
  • With career bartenders, you’ll receive bartenders that actually care! We don’t just view this as a weekend job, rather it’s our livelihood.
  • Eliminates long lines at the start of the reception.
  • Immediately gets drinks in people’s hands
  • Highly recommended if your cocktail hour is less than an hour
  • A glass of champagne is the best option for the welcome drink as it’s quick to pour and approachable for guests of all ages above 21.
  • Quicker bar service. Our goal is to send drinks as fast as possible and to have your guests enjoying the festivities, not spending a bunch of time in a bar line! If you’re serving specialty cocktails, a general rule is 1 bartender for every 40-50 people. If you’re serving standard drinks or beer and wine only, then 1 bartender for every 60-75 people works.
  • No breaks in service. Wether it’s a quick break to eat food, if nature calls, or if a bartender simply needs to step away from the bar, you can rest assured knowing a bartender will always remain behind the stick keeping the party going.
  • Faster bar set up & break down
  • Saves you money!
  • You get to choose your favorite brands
  • You get to keep the leftover alcohol
  • Booze is only a few clicks away! Companies/apps such as Costco, Bevmo, or Drizzly can deliver alcohol, I’ll give you a shopping list to make this process easy.
  • Disposable cups save you money and makes for a quick and easy clean-up!
  • Eliminates risk of shattered glass (especially on the dance floor)
  • Glassware requires a busser to retrieve expired cups and return them to a dirty bin. Rental companies charge you for any broken or non returned units.
  • We recommend our clients rent glassware for dinner service. Your caterer will have more information on this process.
  • Did you know plastic cups can last up to 450 years in a landfill? This is exactly why we use clear 12oz biodegradable cups to help reduce waste.
  • Venues require outside bartenders to have the appropriate general and liquor liability insurance and often require to be listed as additional insured.
  • The best coverage your bartenders should have is a $1M occurrence and a $2M aggregate. (This is the type of insurance we have)
  • Insurance covers the venue/bartending service in the event of property damage or any type of accident.
  • A liquor license is given to brick and mortar bars, restaurants, and catering services, allowing them to provide and sell alcohol.
  • A bartending license comes in the form of a LEAD, TIPS, or RBS certification. These are given by the state for bartenders/servers who have completed an online or in person training course on the dangers of over serving alcohol to patrons.

We recommend purchasing the 1.75L (handle) bottles as it gives you the best bang for your buck. Here are the amount of drinks you expect from each size

  • Roughly 30 drinks per 1.75L bottle
  • Roughly 13 drinks per 750ml bottle
  • 4-5 servings of wine per 750ml bottle
